You Guys have been asking for more Blog content so i’m getting on it !
This was a fun look for me because i’m obsessing over berets right now, but who isn’t! This one has a lil extra somethin somethin with the piercings on it don’t ya think?
I loveeee my layers in the cold weather, but i opted for a dash of sexy smexy by throwing in this NBD bodysuit from Revolve .I love it’s not sheer over the girls if you know what i mean ! So no extra coverage needed! I personally think the key to getting away with a lil bit of a skimpy bodysuit in cold weather” without looking too exposed” is a really high waisted pair of Jeans and the perfect coat of course !I went for black denim and a faux fur puffy wuffy number I’ve had since last season !
Lots of texture can be really fun when your going with all black there is no limit on the textures you can mix and match! The bodysuit is black pinstripe and the boots are suede with a fabric bow tipped toe! You can play black up or down as much as you want and always look put together as long as your blacks all look a similar shade! Yes I’m calling you out, and I’ve been known to do it too! THROW those faded black clothes away !! You know when your in the house and that older black tank looks ok with those new black pants ? then you walk into the sun and boom you can see just how shabby that faded top is looking next to the pants !Toss it or dye it ladies! I find it a lil tough trying to dye black though, it always ends up blue or some mystery purple in the sunlight ! the best way to go is toss it and care for your new blacks by very gentle laundry detergent and washing them on cold ! Ill even add the detergent i use to my shopping scroll today if you guys wanna try it out!Unless of course its an investment piece and then take it to your local dry cleaners and they could possibly dye it for you!
PS never forget the perfect lint roller when you’re wearing all black ! keep a mini in your purse , one in the car and one in the house! I added my fav lint roller to the shopping scroll below, it’s a life saver, best I’ve ever used!
