Getting in bed nice and early has been my priority over the last few days,
since mom is coming to visit next week i gotta make sure I’m not rolling out of bed at noon or i get the lazy butt lecture .
So i crawl in bed around 11 pm with a 7 am alarm ready to roll only to wake up at 4 am like clock work !
What in the actual heck , why can i not just sleep till 7 !
you may say ” well Shanda just got to bed a few hours later ” nope doesn’t work like that if i stay up past 12
something in me says now your gonna sleep till 1 pm end of discussion .
So now I’m on elderly hour , which probably suits me will since I’m just that …
Not to mention Lana and I set and text each other all night long about the most random mess , we are 100% nocturnal .
Back on the subject of mom , since she’s coming to town next week I’ve decided I’m gonna force her into a “mother daughter ” Blog shoot .
So excited to get to dress her up!
She’s always said i have barbie doll syndrome ,
I’m pretty sure this was never meant to be a compliment more of a mental disorder, in which i treat my friends & family like barbie dolls.
I have forced them like helpless victims, to allow me to dress them up and do their hair and makeup since child hood .
Im sure my skills have improved with age , but there were many years of questionable makeovers my victims endured .
OK lol now that i’ve rambled here is my ” OOTD”
I am such a hugeee fan of olive the food and the colors !
Most people think i have brown eyes but they are actually a brownish green ,
maybe thats considered hazel i dunno , but whatever the case i love any color that can bring out the green in my eyes and olive does just that !
unless I’m wearing Giant yellow sunglasses which was the case most the day hahaha
but how smokin hot are the giant yellow sunglasses !

I went for some giant “80’s vibe” hoops ..
as I’m sure you know by now I’m stuck in the 80s ..
This outfit was all about the boots and the jacket though .
Ive had these boots a month or two drooling over them all the while ,but not sure what to pair them with !
When i came across this coat though i new they found their fashion match.com …

I i wore fishnets with the boots for extra texture cause I’m just extra extra like that lol.
This fuzzy lil Prada bag ,I’ve had so long and i never ever carry it ,
not many looks call for a green leopard print pony hair clutch .
It was a good purchase in concept but has honestly only ever found its way into three outfits .
That my friends is what we call impulsive buying ..
It takes days like these where you find yourself using that ridiculous purchase “finally” to feel better about the next impulsive buy .

So i added and deleted this next photo a few times because I’m pretty sure i look exactly like that notorious photo of big foot.
Maybe its how the coat puffs up in the back , the shoes, my horrible posture ,or maybe I’m related ..
Whatever the case may be it made the cut because i liked that this photo was showing the side of the boots ..
Ok so this is literally the only photo my poor belt got the spot light in and it was my fav piece !
The sun was not its friend today ,in every shot it was so over lit like crazy .
